Do I have to have an account to place an order?

There is no need to have an account, you can purchase as a guest.


How can I create an account?

To create an account, simply enter your email address in the section Sign in.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please visit login page and select Forgot password? By entering your email you will receive a message with instructions to restore it.

How can I receive updates by email?

If you wish to receive exclusive offers and promotions in advance, subscribe to our Newsletter clicking here. In addition, you will receive a promotional code to use on your first order.


Are my personal data safe?

Can I cancel and make changes to my order?

Yes, call us at the number 06 3337326 (Lun-Ven; 9:00-18:00) or write us by e-mail (customercare@lemlo.com) and we will cancel or modify your order.


Can I collect my order in a boutique?

Yes, you can select Pickup in Boutique at checkout. The collection will be made at our boutique in Via della Farnesina 18.


I have received a promotional code but cannot apply it.

You can apply your promotional code at checkout in the section Discount. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and are not applicable on items marked with ★.


Are the items sold by lemlò authentic?

As an authorized online retailer, lemlò sells authentic products. Each item is shipped in its original packaging and comes with its own label and tag.

SHIPMENT


What are the shipping times and costs?

Costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Order processing times are one working day.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail and you will be notified of each stage of the shipment.

 

RETURNS


What is the returns policy?

You have up to 14 days from delivery of the item to send the return request via the Return Form page. Once the return request has been accepted, you have 7 days to ship the return. The return is charged to the customer.


Can I return in-store?

Yes, contact us by phone at 06 3337326 (Lun-Ven; 9:00-18:00) indicating the order number and the store where you want to make the return. Click here to find the boutique closest to you.


When will I get my refund?

Depending on the payment method selected, refund times may vary. If within three working days of delivery of the package to our warehouse you have not received a refund, send us an e-mail to customercare@lemlo.com.


Is it possible to change size or color?
