Are the items sold by lemlò authentic?
As an authorized online retailer, lemlò sells authentic products. Each item is shipped in its original packaging and comes with its own label and tag.

What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping costs 4,99€ for Italy. Delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Handling times are one working day.
What does Express Shipping mean?
If you have chosen Express Shipping as your shipping method, your package will be considered a priority. The courier used for this method is Nexive Sistema Espresso or DHL Express depending on the destination and size of the package.

What is the return policy?
You have up to 14 days from the delivery of the item to return it. The return is at the customer's expense.
