- Paypal: Choosing the method of payment Paypal the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. Lemlo.com reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
- Bitpay: By choosing the Bitpay payment method the customer can pay directly through his Bitcoin Wallet.
- Cash on delivery: Using the following method of payment, the customer will be able to pay directly to the courier in charge of delivering the package (Nexive) with an extra charge of 4€ on the final cost of the order.

Customers who have received a promotional code for use on lemlo.com through newsletters, through social networks or on approved promotional websites may enter this code during checkout. Each code has a start and end date of validity and this time limit cannot be extended in any way. Discount codes cannot be used, with specifically noted exceptions, to purchase sale items.
Shipments are made through the couriers Nexive, DHL, GLS. In some areas, the courier may use partners for delivery.
The shipments can concern only the territories and the Nations previewed from our site. The purchase requests coming from Countries not included between those visualized at the moment of the registration cannot be accepted by lemlo.com.
The delivery of products purchased on lemlo.com takes place on average within 2/3 working days from the order in Italy; within 3/5 days for islands and remote areas.
Delivery times may be delayed in case of holidays, couriers do not deliver on 24/12 25/12, 26/12, 01/01, 06/01, Easter and Easter Monday, 25/04, 01/05, 02/06, 15/08, 01/11 and weekends.
For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the confirmation of payment. For orders coming from abroad the approximate delivery times are 48h/72h in Europe and 72h/96h in all other countries (extra CEE).
Lemlò is not responsible for possible delays due to customs operations and controls, or to force majeure causes out of lemlò's control.
At the moment of the shipment, the customer receives (by email and/or sms) the tracking number of the package and the link to the destination page of the shipment tracking.
In case of delays due to customs control, the customer must contact the courier directly.
During the delivery of the package, the customer is asked to carefully check that the packaging has not been damaged in any way that may have damaged the internal content. We invite to accept, from the courier, the package once ascertained the integrity of the same.

If for some reason the package is tampered with or does not comply with the standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package and / or sign the receipt with reserve and contact as soon as possible the customer service at email@example.com.
Any claim concerning damages, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be received by lemlo.com within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with lemlo.com and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package. If the parcel is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
