Yes, you can select Boutique Pickup at checkout. The collection will be made at our boutique in Via della Farnesina 18 at no additional cost.
You can apply your promo code at checkout in the “Discount” section. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts and are not applicable on items marked with ★.

You have up to 14 days from receiving the item to send the return request via the "Returns" page. Once the return request has been accepted, you will have 7 days to ship the return. Returns are always free in Italy.

Depending on the payment method selected, refund times may vary. If you have not received your refund within 3 working days of delivery of the package to our warehouse, please send us an email to customercare@lemlo.com.
For orders placed with Cash on Delivery payment method, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
